My iPhone X or iPhone 8 Can't Connect to my Guardian

Unfortunately, the iPhone X and iPhone 8 Running iOS 11.2 or older can suffer from Bluetooth connectivity issues that can interfere with setting up a new Guardian System. To fix this issue you should update your iOS to 11.3 version or newer. If you don't want to or you can't update your iPhone you can set up your Guardian with any other iOS device. After setup is complete you can log in to your Guardian app on an iPhone X or iPhone 8 and interact with it without any issues.
