With the update to our app, we added a new feature that provides offline/online notification for devices. Because of this, you may see that your Leak Detectors are now reporting offline. Please note that although the sensors appear to be "offline", they are not offline in reality and will respond to any event (leak, movement). 

This issue will resolve itself after one of two things occurs. Either A - the leak detector is moved or gets wet or B -  the Leak Detector will show up as online again after a 12-16 hour cycle where it reports its heartbeat to the Valve Controller again. If your Leak Detector is still showing offline after you trigger a leak or movement, then please contact support@getuardian.com.
